Exhibitor Tables for September 18th & 19th, 2019 at 1 Madison Avenue

The Atrium Exhibition area tables can be occupied from 7:30am until 4:00pm.
Prime periods for Exhibitors will be:
7:30am-8:30am: Registration
Registration will open at 7:30am and attendees will be encouraged to arrive early as building security suggests extra time for entry. Food and beverage will be served in the Atrium at this time.
12:30pm-1:30pm: Networking Sessions
This will be a free period after lunch and attendees will be encouraged to visit the Atrium as the Auditorium needs to be prepped for the next session.
1:30pm-3:30pm: Roundtable Discussions
During this time, attendees will be free to attend roundtable discussions in the Auditorium to speak with Presenting Fintech companies. By design, there will only be 10 companies in the Auditorium, so about half the audience will be engaged in the Auditorium and half will be in the Atrium. We will encourage attendees to rotate between both areas freely. Food and beverage will be served in the Atrium at this time.
Pricing details:
• Tables are available on a first come, first served basis at $12,500 per table, per day.
• For an additional cost of $250, a monitor can be provided for demo purposes.
• A 20% discount will be applied for the purchase of a table for both days (can be at different locations based on availability), so $20,000 for both days.
• Current Corporate Members can purchase a table for a 40% discount, so $7,500 for one day or $15,000 for two days. Current AlphaTech Corporate Members will receive a 20% discount.
